Yoga classes
Our instructors will be happy to introduce you to the benefits of yoga and help you listen to your body. We offer twice a week yoga session during July and August.
Pilates
Our pilates instructor offers classes once a week. The pilates method is a gentle workout that combines deep breathing with physical exercises. Improvement of posture and strengthening of deep muscles: back pain disappears, the belly becomes firmer, the body becomes strong and flexible.
