Fitness room

Our establishment offers a fully equipped fitness room for your daily exercise. Our room is accessible everyday and free of charge (from 16 years old). Do not hesitate to contact our teams for any advice concerning the use of the equipment.

Yoga classes

Our instructors will be happy to introduce you to the benefits of yoga and help you listen to your body. We offer twice a week yoga session during July and August.

Pilates

Our pilates instructor offers classes once a week. The pilates method is a gentle workout that combines deep breathing with physical exercises. Improvement of posture and strengthening of deep muscles: back pain disappears, the belly becomes firmer, the body becomes strong and flexible.
