Sablé offers you a gourmet break in a friendly, typically Breton atmosphere. Here, simplicity and flavour go hand in hand, and the team is always there to help.
Facing Quiberon Bay, enjoy dishes that combine tradition and boldness, prepared with carefully selected fresh produce. And because we're keen to promote our region and favour short distribution channels, all our products are chosen from local producers and suppliers.

Bar Tonnerre : Your Breton HQ at the Club House
Welcome to Bar Tonnerre, the place where mornings get off to a great start and evenings take on a whole new flavour. Here, we toast to life, holidays and everything that tastes good in Brittany, all in an atmosphere that combines coolness and authenticity.
- Morning vibes : Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the Club House terrace : soft banana bread, smile-inducing pancakes, delicious croissants... and what about drinks? Matcha latte, ultra-fresh kombucha or classic fruit juices and cups of tea.
- Sunset & aperitif : When the cocktail hour rolls around, Tonnerre goes into party mode. You'll be served salty snacks, generous platters of local charcuterie and your glass will always be full. Perfect for sharing, catching up on old times and savouring the friendly, no-frills Breton atmosphere.
It's a bit like a corner of Breton paradise, with that little je-ne-sais-quoi that makes you want to stay.
