At Sauvage - Collection Rivages, two venues reinvent Breton flavours with a modern twist. From the Sablé restaurant to the Tonnerre bar, time is spent together - over a lunch that lingers on, a drink at the end of the day, or for little sweet and savoury treats throughout your stay. Outdoor hospitality, for us, is about these moments: big tables, a generous dish making the rounds, a conversation with no end in sight... With a view of Quiberon bay, sample dishes inspired by the local area boasting a few daring added touches. And because we're keen to promote our region and favour short distribution channels, all our products are chosen from local producers and suppliers.

Bar Tonnerre : your Breton HQ at the Club House
Get your day off to a great start and enjoy evenings with a whole new flavour at Bar Tonnerre. Life is toasted, time slows, and moments are shared over a drink or breakfast in the Club House’s warm, lively atmosphere.
Morning vibes : enjoy a hearty breakfast on the Club House terrace : soft banana bread, smile-inducing pancakes, delicious filled croissants... accompanied by a chilled or comforting drink.
Sunset & aperitif : When the cocktail hour rolls around, Tonnerre changes atmosphere to give way to its fun side. Salty seaside bites, generous charcuterie boards to share, and glasses filled to the brim. : The perfect opportunity to catch up on old times and enjoy a taste of Breton conviviality, with family, friends, or as a couple.
It's a place to unwind, lose track of time, and leave a little later than intended.

The Cabanes de Quiberon are designed as easy-going dens, welcoming families and groups into a warm and friendly environment. With 2 or 3 bedrooms, vast spaces, and terraces surrounded by nature, they offer a unique way to experience Quiberon, right by the ocean.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the Beach House offers a bright, open space overlooking Brittany's countryside, ideal for holidays with family or friends. The large terrace is the perfect place to spend the day - just back from the beach, a meal outside, children laughing - the ideal spot to enjoy nature and share moments together.
